I went into this as with all my reviews not thinking much of this working.Most times these places will claim their supplements are the best and will boost your energy,help you feel fuller,and help you lose weight.Most of these companies fail to deliver even one of these claims.So the question is did this one do anything it says it will do?


So most supplements when they give you a energy boost it's a sudden surge of energy and then a sudden drop.Pretty much leaving you feeling horrible.With these it was a light rise in energy and then slowly get tired again.No sudden urges or drops so you feel normal through it all.Also unlike some supplements with harsh chemicals it can give you headaches and stomach aches.Because they do use all natural products there is no bad side effects and you feel great while taking these.I have noticed a difference in my appetite as i'm not hungry as much and when I do eat I find myself eating less than normal.I wouldn't have believed this could actually make you feel fuller and make you less hungry but here I am feeling exactly that.Now as far as the weight loss you do have to still put in the work.You can't take this pill and expect the pounds to just fall off.It is a tool along with eating right and working out.It does help though I will say that much just don't use it alone and expect it to drop a lot of pounds.

8 Inch Chrome Rainfall High Pressure Shower Head

Showers are often the place many people go to relax and unwind after a long day. Some even contemplate things while they are in the shower. There is nothing like a great shower to put us in a more at ease mood as we let the water from the shower wash away the stresses of our day. Now there are many shower heads on the market who all have different types of features. The one I am reviewing today is a high pressure rainfall shower head.

I was a little skeptical at first cause a lot of them have promised high pressure and over time its been more like low pressure and is in no way relaxing to have water drizzle over you. But with this shower head it actually feels like you've went out and in the pouring down rain and are showering in it. Our phones can literally do anything these days. And that is why we carry our phones with us every where cause we are attached to them constantly. But have you ever thought about your phone as a source for air? Well their is a company that has thought of just that issue as they have come up with a fan that can attach to your phone. This nifty little phone attachment uses the power from your phone to power a fan that has great air circulation and keeps you cool.

These fans come in 5 colors and I got this beautiful vibrant blue fan. This fan really is made very well and constructed to withstand a lot. It does take power from your phone so be sure to watch your battery as you use it so that you don't run your battery down. The air that comes off of it is quite powerful and keeps you cool on even the hottest of days.

Prolific Health Fitness Yoga Pants Leggings

In today's blog we are going to get up and moving and working it out! If you haven't figured out what i'm blogging about then you must have not read the title of this blog haha. Now I know when you think of yoga pants you think of  tight pants that really only girls with fit bodies should wear. Well throw that stereotype out the door cause all women can wear yoga pants and be comfortable in wearing them. The company I am reviewing these pants for have taken into consideration that all women of all sizes like to workout and want to workout in comfort and who doesn't like to workout in cute pants?

These yoga pants are a nice mix of nylon and spandex which is a great material that allows you to flex and move comfortably. The pants themselves are a good thicker material so that you have full coverage but thin enough so that it's not suffocating to wear either.

They have a beautiful ombre patterned color to them and the company offers these pants in 19 different colors as well as offering sizes from small to extra large. As someone who is 5'0" tall these were a little long on me but because of the spandex I was able to still fit in them I just had to scrunch it up around the ankle. Neverless I am still very happy with these yoga pants and will be purchasing more in the future as these are so comfortable to work out in.

Lavender Essential Oil

In this blog i'm gonna talk about something that can uplift your spirit,wake you up,make you feel at ease,and just overall make you feel good.Now what could this item be that is so amazing?It is essential oils.Sounds crazy that a liquid could do all that but once you smell of these liquids you'll become a believer also.

To use essential oils as an air freshener simply do the following

• Take a clean plastic spray bottle (used for spraying plants) and half fill it with clean water. You may wish to use filtered or bottled water, to ensure that no contaminants are in the water.
• Add 8 - 10 drops of a refreshing and uplifting essential oil to the water and shake well.
• When you need to perk up a room, shake the bottle and give the room a couple of quick sprays, but make sure not to spray near polished furniture, as the essential oils can damage the polished surface.
• Store the bottle in a dark cool area.

To use essential oils in your batht simply do the following

• When the bathwater has been drawn add a total of about 6 - 7 drops of oil

Preparing a foot or hand bath 

They are normally prepared with warm water in a bowl large enough for the feet or hands, with a little space free to allow for the water to rise when they are immersed.

After preparing the bath, mix five drops of your chosen essential oil with one dessertspoon of apple cider vinegar and add it to the bath. We find the apple cider vinegar a great way to help disperse the oil, and it also has its own therapeutic properties.

Should you prefer not to use the apple cider vinegar, you could mix the essential oil with some powered milk, and forming it into a paste before mixing with the water, as it also helps to disperse the oil.

However, the apple cider vinegar nor the powered milk is required, and the essential oil can be used directly into the bath.

If you want to add an extra relaxing dimension to your footbath, you can place marbles or small pebbles at the bottom of the bath to run your feet over.

Electric footbaths are also great, since they have a massaging action that agitates the water and helps to aerate it, while zinging up circulation.

Should you be performing a footbath on your own, and you are still lithe enough, you could rest one foot on the other knee and do a gentle massage on each sole, while busy with the footbath.

You can also add this to add scent to different creams you'd make homemade and you could also use it along with the coconut oil I blogged about in my previous blog.

No matter how you use it I can assure you that you won't be let down with this oil cause it is potent and will be amazing mood boosters for your day just simply by the scent of it.Best way to enjoy a spa day at home or just simply giving your house a welcoming scent.

ViewTV 65 Mile Indoor Digital TV Antenna.

A lot of my readers I believe at some point in their lives have used an antenna. Some of you may still use an antenna. They are great for those who don't want to spend a lot of money on cable or satellite bills. They allow you to get local channels so you can still watch your tv shows without the big bills. There are a lot of different antenna's on the market that do many different things and are set up in many different ways. The one I am blogging about today is an indoor antenna which can get signal from 65 miles away. That means more channels will be picked up on your tv.

The set up is really as simple as can be and it does not take a technician to install it. They give you written detailed instructions as well as a video how to to install it but honestly it's not that complex. I was able to set it up in under 5 minutes. The reception on the antenna is really great and I was able to pick up channels even at my house which is pretty far out in the country. I do have a satellite and although it would be nice to lose that bill I would miss quite a few channels I can get through it that I can not get through this. But what this is great for is when the weather knocks my satellite out. I still want to keep track of the warnings and storms so with this I can hook it up and see my local channels.

SummerBliz-Sun Hats for Women & Men - Black

In today's blog I am talking about a sun hat. But not just any sun hat that can be found in any store. I am talking about a great wide brim sun hat that allows your hair and skin to be protected from the harmful UV rays that can age your skin and lighten your hair. Now I will say the con of this hat is that it is for a medium sized head. For me personally it was tight and after having it on for a few minutes it gave me a headache. But I will not discourage anyone from this hat though cause it really is a great hat that could protect you from the sun rays if your head is the right fit. If you have children I would definitely say this would be a great hat for your kids as their heads tend to be smaller and with the adjustable straps they could keep the hat on easily. I really do love the look and construction of this hat I just wish that it would have fit better but again I would not discourage this hat as many would still be able to wear this hat with no issues.
