We all at some point suffer from aches and pains and as we get older they tend to become more of a nuisance in our lives. There are many products on the market right now that say they help ease the pain and there are good and bad amongst all of those. In this blog I am ready to discuss and review one of the roll on pain relievers on the market now.

Before I get into the product itself let me break down each ingredient in this product to better help you understand why each of them is vital in your recovery from the pain in your joints.

Remember, pain is little more than your body’s warning system all is not well. There are some areas of the body where greater care is indicated! By fostering a healing of these affected tissues, the pain will go away naturally as the cause is removed.

In addition to increasing the oxygen flow to the affected tissues, eucalyptus oil has a great reputation for doing away with muscle spasms. It also may even have a somewhat slight sedative effect to the area to which it is applied. I love the great outdoors! I love to go outside and hike through the woods and take in the beauty of nature as well as go camping in a tent. So now you may be wondering how well it's made. Let me tell you know that this hammock can hold up to 400 pounds and can hold 2 people easily as it is a large hammock. But just cause it holds that much doesn't mean you have to share it haha. It's quite cozy and comfy for even just one person to use it. The straps and ropes hold it up very well and I felt the most comfort ever hanging out in it.

Now the thing with crossfit is that it is truly great and has proven to work to get you healthy and in shape but it also can be hard on your joints especially your knees as you squat. Much like if you were to be a weightlifter or do aerobic exercises where you do deep knee bends. They can be hard on the knees and overtime can be really hard on your knees causing lifelong troubles and pains.

Another benefit attributed to dietary fiber is prevention of colorectal cancer. However, the evidence that fiber reduces colorectal cancer is mixed.

Alright this blog is for all my female readers who love to dress cute but have some curves. Wether your top overfloweth, you have some love handles, ya have those child bearing hips or simply ya have a booty. Or ya know maybe you have a combination of them all. I am not judging cause as you'll see in my pics below I feel ya on the struggle to have curves and still look cute in dresses. I myself have a combo as you see in the pics below but also as you see below even with the curves you can look classy and sexy without looking like you're wearing a circus tent. I will say my short 5'0" frame made the dress drag the ground just slightly but honestly when you're my height all maxi dresses do that and you find ways around it so it won't stop me from rocking this dress.
