Bakeitfun Silicone Baking Mat

Bakers rejoice this blog is for you!I have gotten a product that is set out to make baking easier and makes for an easier clean up.We all know the struggles of trying to pry cookies off the baking sheet.And sadly when you have cookies stick to the pan it leaves a mess of your pan leaving you scrubbing dishes.Of course there is cooking sprays and oils you can use to help keep cookies from sticking but they don't always work and when they do you still are left with oily greasy cookies.The product i'm reviewing today uses little oil and only needs the oil for the initial process of using it.Lets take a look at this product.

I LOVE this baking mat!!!The circles make it easy to space out the cookies perfectly and after the cookies backed they slid off the cookie sheet with ease!You can find the video of the process here http://youtu.be/EDuuyOz9dgU

I would highly recommend this baking mat for anyone and everyone who enjoys baking cookies.Clean up is a snap and can be used over and over again.After receiving it I put it in the dishwasher (yes it is dishwasher safe) then rubbed a thin layer of oil on.Let it set for a few days then used it when I got around to actually making cookies,I have used it a few times now and have not had to add any oil to it since then.It slides cookies off easily every time.If you let the cookies cool completely you can even pick the cookies off of it with your hands easily.
