I had my concerns in drinking this as most powders like this tend to be chalky or taste medicinal.But one scoop into my water later I took my first drink and it really didn't taste bad.It had a nice sweet grape flavor.What I like is it is sugar free so no sugary drink here just all natural drink.I did feel like I had a increase in my energy after drinking it and my appetite did suppress a bit making me eat less at meals.It was more like I was getting a treat than just drinking water.Made it easier for someone who isn't big on drinking water get my water in.
