Dosage for this product is 2 tablets with the first meal and then as long as there are no issues which for me there were not) you take two more with the last meal of the day.The pills are small enough where ya don't have to worry about getting them down.Their was no nasty taste either which is always a relief.Below is the picture of what one of the pills looks like.

Now I will tell you it's best to drink plenty of water while taking this so it can properly flush it out.Plus you're keeping hydrated while you flush it all out.On another note I would also suggest making sure a bathroom is close for the first dose cause it does affect you the first dose.For me I was fine after the first dose as far as not having to rush to the bathroom.It made me regular but not like a constant need to go like you'd think with colon cleansers.

After taking this cleanse I can say I felt a lot better.It was a bit of a hassle going through this cleanse at first but honestly the results were worth it cause I feel better and am probably a lot healthier because of it.
