Ok so now that you see the scale and see what the company says about there product let's take a look at it and see how well it does really work.What I was really impressed with is how it can be changed between ounces/pounds to grams.It gives you plenty of options to what measurements you want.The greatest thing is the tare button.It allows you to put a container on the scale hit the tare button and it zeros it out so when you put your food in it automatically measures the weight of just the food not the container.Yes you can do math and subtract weight from the overall but this feature makes it so much easier and quicker to measure and continue on.The tempered glass makes it an easy to clean surface so that it's sanitary each time you use it.This scale is on the smaller side so can be stored anywhere as it's also flat.I would trust the measurements on this scale as it goes right down to the ounce for total confidence in your measurements.
