 So now that we see the companies explanation of the product let's take a look at the inserts in the pictures I took of the pair I got.I received a pair of size S 7-8 insoles in exchange for an honest and unbiased review and I only blog positively about products I have used and believe in them.

As you can see they are a good quality material and thin enough to fit in shoes but enough thickness that it's a good support for your feet.For me I trimmed it down of the two optional trim down sizes and it fit perfectly into my tennis shoes.In the shoe it doesn't feel odd at all and actually is an added comfort for me.I could instantly tell it felt a lot more comfortable as I stood and I walked around.I had a injury to my foot that has made my right foot horribly painful to be on for long but with these I felt a lot more relief like I could be on my feet with less pain and more relief cause it contours to that foot so its completely covered with support from the insole.
