So as you've seen in other blogs i've talked about scales before.Those are all great scales and I highly recommend those but this one takes it up a level.This is a scale that also measures bone mass,body fat,body water and muscle mass along with your weight.Also unlike other scales it has the option to sync up with an app on your smart phone.Before we get too much into this product let's take a look at the photos.

These scales do come in three colors so never fear if it means a lot to you about color coordinating they do offer three colors.The scale pictured is black but they also come in clear and silver.

The app itself is amazing and easy to sync your scale readings too.You just open the app,create your account,step on the scale and when prompted scan the code on your app and voila you have it on your phone.You can set goals on the app so that you can keep track day to day on how well you are working to your goal.I will advise to make sure you're in a light rich area cause it will not pick up the barcode if its too dark and it will let you know.But really it's not that big of a problem as there is also an option to manually enter your numbers also.You do not have to use the app to use this scale so don't fret if you don't have a smart phone capable of having the app.
