So now you get to take this journey with me as I review colon cleanser and let me tell you this is not a review I go into lightly considering what i'm doing to review this haha.
Dosage for this product is 2 tablets with the first meal and then as long as there are no issueswhich for me there were not) you take two more with the last meal of the day.The pills are small enough where ya don't have to worry about getting them down.Their was no nasty taste either which is always a relief.Below is the picture of what one of the pills looks like.
Now I will tell you it's best to drink plenty of water while taking this so it can properly flush it out.Plus you're keeping hydrated while you flush it all out.On another note I would also suggest making sure a bathroom is close cause it will have you on the go for a bit while it cleans you out.
After taking this cleanse I can say I felt a lot better.It was a bit of a hassle going through this cleanse at first but honestly the results were worth it cause I feel better and am probably a lot healthier because of it.
